Customer Service Representative - FT

About the role
This is an outdoor, hands-on position where you’ll assist customers throughout the rental and return process on our airport lots. Responsibilities vary by location and may include checking vehicles, entering data into handheld devices, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting at exit gates, and checking in returned vehicles. You’ll provide professional, friendly service to ensure every customer has a smooth, efficient, and positive experience.

Pay
$18.50/hour. Monthly commission opportunity and shift premium may apply.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
- Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help and create positive experiences
- Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot for prolonged periods
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
Qualifications
- 6 months of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
