Customer Service Representative - FT

Avis Budget Group is hiring immediately for a dynamic, hands-on role at our airport locations. This outdoor, multi-function position assists customers throughout the rental and return process.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on airport lots
• Check vehicles and enter information into a handheld device
• Process rentals for loyalty customers
• Assist customers at exit gates
• Check in vehicles at return
• Provide professional, friendly customer service to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer

Pay

$16.00/hour with monthly commission opportunity. Shift premium may apply.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
