  • Contribute to the development of service strategies and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Qualifications
