Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service through efficient and accurate banking transactions
• Build rapport and relationships with clients
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures to comply with federal regulations

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools
• Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
• Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude
• Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations

Pay and Schedule

Hourly rate: USD $18.00/Hr. USD $19.47/Hr.

Monday through Friday work schedule with weekends off
