Responsibilities

  • Provide white glove support to customers via phone and written communication
  • Deliver clear and accurate information without giving investment advice
  • Handle a range of financial service inquiries including accounts, transactions, transfers, and technical issues
  • Navigate multiple systems and document interactions accurately to complete requests efficiently
  • Analyze and resolve inquiries independently while managing multiple requests at once
  • Prioritize tasks and follow through to ensure timely resolution of client needs
  • Meet established goals for call quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
  • Stay current on processes and products while contributing to team success and process improvements

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Benefits

A base wage of $19 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities. We have a healthy benefits package based on your position that could include PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives.
