Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and manage main lobby operations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Answer and route phone calls professionally and compassionately
- Aid with emergency triage and timely communication
- Perform accurate data entry and utilize computer-based systems
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment
Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic at all times
- Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting
- Skilled with computers and multi-line phone systems
- Organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Experience in customer service or reception (veterinary experience preferred, but not required)
