Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage main lobby operations, including check-ins and check-outs
• Answer and route phone calls professionally and compassionately
• Aid with emergency triage and timely communication
• Perform accurate data entry and utilize computer-based systems
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and empathetic at all times
• Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting
• Skilled with computers and multi-line phone systems
• Organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Experience in customer service or reception (veterinary experience preferred, but not required)
