Job Summary
As an Inbound Call Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- No sales calls or cold calling
- Pre-sales assistance
- Entering orders for sample swatches, quotes, and new orders
- Post-sales assistance
- Order tracking and troubleshooting
- Entering orders for parts, repairs, and remakes
- Issuing credits
