Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Big Red Keno Kearney

About the role

We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to take care of our most cherished asset—our customers. Associates will interact with customers to ensure all their service needs are met, working with multiple 'satellite' accounts to provide the highest level of customer service possible. This is a fast-paced and fun work atmosphere!

Responsibilities

• Abide by and understand all keno rules and regulations
• Promote positive public relations with guests
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Manage multiple accounts/locations
• Audit cash drawers
• Prepare operational reports
• Drive to various locations as needed
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned
