Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
- Sales experience preferred (some retail or counter sales experience)
- Education: High School education or 2 year/4 year degree preferred
Requirements
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner
- Ensure follow up on all customer issues
- Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
- Support on product selection and application
- Cook up to date on customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims
