About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and business partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and electronic channels
- Explain coverage details to customers and contractors accurately
- Follow up with clients and partners to ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
- Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, and programs through ongoing education
- Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering solutions
- Support team efforts by assuming additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy and basic technical skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
- Customer service training or experience is a plus
