Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Resident of U.S. states excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI
- Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance standards
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable using computer applications and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
- Preferred: prior call center or customer service experience
- Preferred: bilingual in Spanish and English (not required)
- Preferred: familiarity with phone or computer-based support environments
Pay
- Hourly pay range: USD 11 to USD 13
