About the Opportunity
The Customer Service Representative – Call Center handles inbound customer interactions for major brands, assisting with inquiries, service requests, account needs, and product support. This role is essential for delivering high-quality customer care that maintains professionalism, accuracy, and brand alignment. It offers schedule flexibility after certification and provides a stable, structured support position with growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions for major brands
- Assist customers with questions, service requests, account needs, and product support
- Use guided systems and resources to provide accurate and professional customer care
- Maintain alignment with client brand standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- U.S. resident excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI
- Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance standards
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with computer applications and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
- Preferred: Prior call center or customer service experience
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Preferred: Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments
Pay Range and Compensation Package
USD 11 to USD 13 hourly
