Customer Service Representative / Call Center

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment
• Schedule customer service appointments
• Enter data into a computer system
• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
• Take care of customers' needs by handling incoming and outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience
• Multiline Phone System Experience required
• GREAT phone presence and customer service oriented attitude
