About the role

Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers and the “face” of PLS. They are accountable for delivering superior customer service, educating customers on company products and services, maintaining company quality standards, and complying with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
• Educate customers on PLS products and services
• Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Complete all transactions accurately, including cash handling
• Use the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
• Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager
• Help maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members
• Perform other duties as instructed by management

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Honesty and integrity
• Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
• Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels

Pay

$13 USD - $15 USD per hour
