About the role
As a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: English/Spanish) on-site, you’ll join a diverse team where all members contribute to and support each other’s success. Together, we serve as the intelligent transformation partner for global brands, delivering tech-powered customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the brand and its products
- Handle multiple call types from North American members and address general customer inquiries clearly and professionally
- Assist customers with navigation, roadside assistance, vehicle warranty, and recalls while making tailored product recommendations
- Listen attentively to members’ needs, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently
- 1 year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or call center experience is beneficial)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based applications
