Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

About the role

Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting community members with financial solutions, processing transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payments, and providing exceptional in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships and promote repeat business.
• Accurately review and process transactions while maintaining data integrity.
• Offer personalized financial services tailored to customer needs.
• Manage customer accounts, accept payments, and handle appointments.
• Participate in community events, perform store errands, and support marketing efforts.
• Uphold store standards, security protocols, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Engage in ongoing training, adapt to process changes, and perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
