Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

About the role

Industry: Customer Service / Retail Support. Employment Type: Contract with potential extension. Location: Toano, VA (100% onsite). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This is a seasonal hiring ramp to support increased holiday order volume, a new catalog launch, and holiday gifting season demand. The position is anticipated to close on Oct 27, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and voicemails
• Assist customers with product questions and order inquiries
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates
• Research and resolve customer concerns regarding products, services, and orders
• Process customer orders and catalog requests
• Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the order management system
• Document customer interactions and follow‑up activities
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support customer needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Previous Contact Center or Call Center experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails
• Ability to work onsite in Toano, VA
• Must be available to work Black Friday

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (day shift).
