Job Description Should be Bilingual.Assist with answering busy phone lines dailyReturn calls daily to clientsAssist with background checksLook and Enter information into various databasesLook up and correct information in the HAPPY databaseAssist with processing Housing Assistance Applications when necessaryRespond to inquiries from Landlords, Tenants, and the General PublicLearn DCA and HUD rules and regulations regarding Housing Assistance ProgramsOther duties as directed.
