About the role
This is a 100% remote position working Monday–Friday, 9:45 am–6:15 pm CST.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from AGWS customers to assist with questions related to maintenance claims.
- Review automotive contracts and evaluate maintenance claims.
- Obtain any needed documentation from the customer to assist with processing maintenance claims.
- Assist customers with general questions related to their contracts and go over provisions on contracts.
- Use the AGWS system to log notes and input documentation.
- Provide on-the-job training as needed.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Technical certification or degree preferred
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Previous automotive experience in service or automotive-related customer service is a plus
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Strong multitasking skills
- ASE certifications a plus
- Must have reliable internet with at least a download speed of 50 Mbps
