About the role
Zoom Tan is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in their Corporate Office in Naples, Florida. Positions start at $20.00/Hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients to provide information and assist in resolving issues.
- Receive and record details of high-volume inbound calls.
- Refer unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation and resolution.
- Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times.
- Work well within a team environment and individually.
- Prior call center experience preferred.
- Exceptional attendance and work ethic.
Qualifications

Schedule
The Call Center operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
