Customer Service Representative
About the role
WSP is searching for Full-Time Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about solving problems and enjoy providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in delivering friendly and efficient support to our customers and contributing to exceeding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assists with Customer Service calls
- Reviews license plate images, entering correct license plate, verifying correct vehicle information and DMV information
- Processes customer requests for new and additional transponders
- Responds to customer emails from the Customer Service Email Inbox
- Processes inbound mail, which includes payments, account updates
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Maintains attendance requirements and meets performance criteria
- Prioritizes and multitasks
Qualifications
- Six (6) months or more Customer Service experience required
- Six (6) months or more with heavy volume phone experience in a Contact/Call Center preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
- Proficient computer skills in a multi-monitor environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
