About the role

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Customer Care Agent to manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers. The role involves navigating multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers
• Navigate multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues
• Communicate effectively and professionally in a conversational manner
• Remain calm, cool, and collected in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Requirements

• Ability to quickly assess information and make decisions
• Effective multi-tasking and quick navigation of multiple systems
• Excellent verbal, written, and keyboarding skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Punctual, dependable, and reliable
• Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management
