Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Receive laboratory specimens electronically and submit them to the laboratory for testing.
• Data entry into the computer system manually or electronically, with no errors in a timely manner.
• Attend calls in a polite and efficient manner.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform a patient admission into the computer system.

Job Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be able to meet department physical requirements.
• Must be able to work in a noisy, chemical hazard and biohazardous environment, practicing good safety habits.
• Must have good verbal and written skills with customers and co-workers.
• Must have the ability to reflect good judgment when determining what action to take when resolving problems.
• Must be able to work well in a stressful environment, under pressure, while maintaining production and quality standards.
