As a member of our dynamic customer care team, you'll be a solution finder, relationship builder, and ambassador of clean, safe water in the communities we serve. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
