Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process customer requests including new service setup, service changes, and service discontinuations.
- Accept customer payments and assist with billing questions or account updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to determine service needs and resolve issues.
- Provide safe, cost-effective, environmentally responsible solutions to customer service concerns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive mindset and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Able to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
