About the Role

As a CSR, you serve a valuable role in the branch by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide a positive customer experience by maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor.
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
  • Reflect the corporate values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service.
  • Use multiple computer systems and adapt to change as needed.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency.
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.
  • Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations is preferred.

Pay and Schedule

The starting pay rate is USD $18.00/Hr., with the potential to increase to USD $19.47/Hr. based on performance.
