As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at WaFd Bank, you’ll serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to clients, building rapport and relationships
• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations
• Reflect WaFd Bank’s corporate values and ethics: integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, service, and kindness

Requirements

• High school diploma or approved equivalent
• Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
• Personable attitude and highly developed sense of integrity
• Technically savvy with the ability to adapt to change
• Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
