About the Role
Serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
- Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions
- Build rapport and relationships with clients
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures
- Reflect the corporate values and ethics of WaFd Bank
Requirements
- A smile and great attitude

- A great attention to detail and accuracy in service
- Technically savvy with multiple computer systems
- Organized and displays excellent communication skills
- Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding proficiency
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools
- Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
