Responsibilities
- Serve as a valuable member of the branch team by providing friendly and courteous service while handling banking transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Build rapport and relationships with clients, fostering a positive first impression.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures to comply with federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations.
- Reflect and embody WaFd Bank's corporate values and ethics, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.
- Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations is preferred.
