Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing friendly and courteous service
• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions using multiple computer systems
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures to comply with federal regulations

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools
• Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
• Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude
• Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
