Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Serve customers with friendly and courteous service while handling banking transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Build rapport and relationships with clients.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools.

- Organized and excellent communication skills.
- Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations.
