Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service through efficient and accurate banking transactions
• Serve as a valuable member of the branch team by making a positive first impression
• Build rapport and relationships with clients and colleagues
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures to comply with federal regulations
• Reflect the corporate values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
• Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude
• Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations is preferred

Pay and Schedule

Starting salary range: USD $21.00/Hr. to USD $24.20/Hr.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, with weekends off
