Customer Service Representative
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive first impression by providing friendly and courteous service during banking transactions.
- Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions using multiple computer systems.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures to comply with federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations.
- Reflect the corporate values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.
- Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations is preferred.

Pay and Schedule
Hourly rate: USD $18.00/Hr. USD $19.47/Hr.
Monday through Friday work schedule with weekends off.
