Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives to achieve superior service quality.
- Overseeing customer service operations for smooth, efficient service delivery.
- Fostering a positive and engaging environment for both customers and employees.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and care.
- Collaborating with management to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and capacity to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
