Job Summary

Coordinates and expedites the flow of work within or between departments according to daily and weekly production schedules.

Reviews the MRP system to ensure customer due dates align with required delivery dates.

Provides continuous updates to customers on order status within 4 hours.

Communicates with customers on additional blueprints, drawings, or other processing items.

Collaborates with production to obtain ECDs for orders.

Prepares orders for shipping or other areas as needed.

Develops daily reports on orders and communicates with production.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Experience: 2 plus years of experience in manufacturing
