Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate registers, and process transactions as a cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience.
• Assist with maintaining store appearance and high standards inside and outside.
• Engage with customers to deliver fast, friendly service and support daily store operations.
• Work across different areas of the store, including food programs when needed.
• Provide consistent onsite attendance and teamwork to achieve store goals.

Requirements

• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fun environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivated to grow professionally and willing to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
• Regularly lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing as needed.
