About the Role

This position involves providing exceptional customer service as an Auto Customer Service Representative. You will assist policyholders with coverage inquiries, policy modifications, billing questions, and offer product recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and messages

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is advantageous
• Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, adaptability, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
