Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, technicians, and business partners
  • Routinely calls and follow established escalation procedures
  • Document customer interactions and service updates accurately
  • Enter, update, and maintain information in multiple computer systems
  • Process technician check-in and check-out communications
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain professionalism during urgent or high-pressure situations
  • Support daily operations and administrative functions

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service, call center, reception, dispatching, scheduling, administrative, or support experience preferred
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Able to remain calm and professional while handling escalated calls
