Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, technicians, and business partners
- Routinely calls and follow established escalation procedures
- Document customer interactions and service updates accurately
- Enter, update, and maintain information in multiple computer systems
- Process technician check-in and check-out communications
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain professionalism during urgent or high-pressure situations
- Support daily operations and administrative functions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, call center, reception, dispatching, scheduling, administrative, or support experience preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Able to remain calm and professional while handling escalated calls
