Customer Service Representative

We're hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in Salem, NH. Paid training is provided, and this role offers long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with account questions and payment arrangements
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Work with team members to achieve performance goals

Requirements

• Customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a full-time schedule
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay

• Starting Pay: $17.56/hr
• Bonus Potential: Biweekly performance bonuses averaging $400-$600
• Earnings Potential: Many team members earn the equivalent of $22-$27/hr with bonuses
• Weekly pay

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, Full-Time (No Weekends)
• Shift Time: 11:00AM - 8:00PM
