Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails
• Aid with account questions and investment-related inquiries
• Troubleshoot system and software issues
• Document interactions accurately
• Provide feedback to improve internal systems and processes

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, brokerage, or investments required
• Knowledge of stocks, securities, and transactions
• Strong communication and attention to detail & great personality
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
