Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Aid customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with U-Haul products and services.
• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Maintain and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer customer questions and provide product and service education.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane tanks (certification provided).
• Operate a forklift (certification provided).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

• Two hands-on working interviews
• Start date with pay
• $100 hiring bonus
• $300 cash bonus upon completion of certification

Requirements

• Physical demands: Long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• May require protective clothing or gear.
