Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Aid customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with U-Haul products and services.
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Maintain and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
- Answer customer questions and provide product/service education.
- Prepare and accept rental invoices and return equipment.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane (certification provided).
- Operate a forklift (certification provided).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule
- Two hands-on working interviews to start.
- Start working immediately after interviews.

Physical Demands
- Long periods of remaining stationary.
- Move around indoors and outdoors.
- Position oneself to reach objects at varying heights.
- Move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
