Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Aid customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with U-Haul products and services.
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Maintain and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
- Answer customer questions and provide product/service education.
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring.
- Fill propane tanks (certification provided).
- Operate a forklift (certification provided).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay
Starting pay is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
On-the-job training is provided, and you can start today and get paid today. Schedule two hands-on working interviews and get paid for each. A $100 hiring bonus is offered, along with a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification certification program at retail stores.
