Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Aid customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with U-Haul products and services.
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Maintain and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
- Answer customer questions and provide product/service education.
- Prepare and accept rental invoices and return equipment.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane (certification offered).
- Operate a forklift (certification offered).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule
Two hands-on working interviews are scheduled, and you can start earning immediately. A $100 hiring bonus is offered, along with a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification certification program at retail stores.
Pay
The pay is commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands
The work involves some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
