Responsibilities

• Aid customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with U-Haul products and services.
• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Maintain and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer customer questions and provide product/service education.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane tanks (certification provided).
• Operate a forklift (certification provided).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
