Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Aid customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with U-Haul products and services.
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rentals.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring.
- Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
- Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

This position offers on-the-job education and the opportunity to start immediately with the potential to earn a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification certification program. Pay
The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Interviews are conducted on-site, and you can start working immediately after completing the interviews and earning your pay. Additional shifts may be available based on your availability and performance.
