Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Aid customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with U-Haul products and services.
  • Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
  • Maintain and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
  • Answer customer questions and provide product/service education.
  • Prepare and accept rental invoices and return equipment.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane tanks (certification provided).
  • Operate a forklift (certification provided).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Starting pay is commensurate with experience, but you can start today and get paid today! Schedule two hands-on working interviews and get paid for each. Additionally, you can earn a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification certification program.
