Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Aid customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with U-Haul products and services.
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Maintain and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
- Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring.
- Fill propane (certification provided).
- Operate a forklift (certification provided).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule
Two hands-on working interviews are scheduled, and you can start immediately and begin earning. A $100 hiring bonus is offered, along with a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification certification program.
Pay
The pay is commensurate with experience.
Requirements
Special safety precautions may be required due to the nature of the work, which includes handling equipment, moving around, and operating machinery. Physical demands include long periods of standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
