Customer Service Representative

About the role

Transdev in Redwood City, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented person dedicated to safety.

Responsibilities

• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Respond to customer and client inquiries and concerns with timely, accurate information.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Dispatch vehicles as necessary.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard telephone system.

Transdev offers a competitive hourly compensation package with a minimum of $21.00 and a maximum of $21.63. Benefits include paid vacation, sick, and holidays.
