About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers by managing service requests, coordinating appointments, and providing timely updates. You will work with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Aid customers with service requests from initial contact through completion.
- Cook up appointments with field service teams.
- Communicate service timelines and provide regular updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Prioritize multiple requests while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
- Develop product knowledge to better support customers.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service processes.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or coordination experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating schedules is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, building materials, or service industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with window, door, or service-related products is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
